To comply with the increasing need in getting the right employees and maintaining them, TIA has developed the TIA Practitioner Certification. The certification consists of different courses provided by the TIA Academy and on the different versions of the TIA Solution.
The certification will be granted to a specific person, in a specific course and for a specific version of the TIA Solution.
By taking the certification exam the person will demonstrate a good understanding of the TIA Solution and strengthen the ability to transform business requirements into the TIA Solution functionality. The exams are based on real practical examples where we focus on how business users and developers work with the TIA Solution. This will be combined with other scenarios that enable us to test your understanding of the TIA Solution.
The certification is structured in a way, which will enable you as a company to incorporate the certification within your internal individual career development plans. A TIA training and development plan could include:
